The staff provided excellent support and assistance.
During my stay, I faced several issues with the service. It was incredibly frustrating to have to wait days for responses to my inquiries. Additionally, the restroom in my room had a foul smell, and the cleanliness did not meet my expectations.

I stayed in the Sea View with Balconette for 1 night. The room was beautiful, with stunning views right from the balcony. It was quite spacious and the decor really added to the ambiance. The bathroom was nice too, but there was a bit of a humid feeling because the air conditioning wasn't super effective. Overall, it was a relaxing spot, perfect for a short getaway.
